Position: Full time (35 hours per week)

Salary: £31.000 per annum

Location: Greater Manchester

The role involves the delivery of effective and responsive housing management services to two fully mutual housing co-operatives based in Manchester and Bolton. The successful candidate will have sound experience of delivering housing management services; with excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, time management and ICT skills. They will demonstrate a strong commitment to community involvement and empowerment in all aspects of their work.
